BRIDIE

Flow by Bridie

Bridie is newly involved with the wellness space as a qualified pilates instructor, but has enjoyed all it has to offer for the last few years. Always your hype girl in classes, pilates with Bridie will leave you embracing both the wobbles and giggles! She loves the people-centred nature of the wellness space, bringing her bright and bubbly energy everywhere she goes.

MON

Sense of Flow

Mon has been involved in the wellness space for almost a decade, shining with warmth and helping others feel comfortable. You will be met with kindness, and without judgement.

Mon is a qualified Pilates instructor & Sound Healing facilitator.

REFUND POLICY:

No refunds or cancellations are available, however you are more than welcome to gift your ticket if you are unable to make it. Please note this is as supplies will have already been purchased.

If you are gifting your ticket please contact us (senseofflow.au/contact) to inform us of the new attendee.

If minimum numbers are not met you may be contacted and provided with a refund.
