Attendance for part two is free (you can choose to purchase cards, matcha or crystals), however please register your interest to help us understand how many people to expect. You will be automatically included if you are attending part one.

WHAT TO BRING

PART ONE

• Wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in, we suggest wearing layers during the cold winter weather than you can remove as you warm up

• Additional warm layers and items of support for the sound bath e.g. cosy jumper and socks, blanket, pillow

• Your most open self

• Reusable cups are welcome for the matcha bar
