Guided by warmth and intention, we invite you to tune into your body, move with awareness, and rediscover a sense of flow that lingers beyond the studio.


STRETCH & FLOW

During this class you will find a connection of breath, mind and body. We encourage deep stretches, slow and controlled movements, to find deep calm and revitalisation.
We include mindful moments throughout, evoking your senses.

REFORMER

This class encompasses flow and stability, to move your whole body with control and alignment. With optional layers and progressions this class is suitable for all levels.

Best for: during your follicular and ovulation phase

Regular times:

Thursdays at 7.00am, 8.00am, 9.15am, 10.15am (bubs welcome) & 12.00pm (all Thursday sessions are prenatal friendly) and Fridays at 6.00am & 7.00am at sol pilates co.

During this slow paced mindful class you will find a connection of breath, mind and body. We encourage calming through & the parasympathetic nervous system with assisted deep stretches to support mobility & flexibility, slow and controlled movements, to find deep calm and revitalisation.
We include mindful moments throughout, evoking your senses.

Often paired with a sound bath.
