Join SoF for a mindful session to help you manifest your goals and visions for the new year. With sound baths to start and end your session, where in between you will journey through reflections on your habits, achievements and values; to best goal setting practices and alignment with your self; through to ways to help it flow in your day to day to make it come to life.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
At $75pp you will be immersed in a grounding manifestation session, including:
Use of yoga mats and bolsters to keep you comfortable in the sound bath, chairs are available
Sound Bath sessions to open and close
Goal setting workbook and guided session including journalling and intentions
Moodboard supplies (board, scissors, glue, magazines to cut from, bringing your own magazines or printed images is also recommended)
Goodie bag including notebook, intention setting crystal and luxe Loco Love Chocolate
Herbal tea to sip on
A warm and welcoming space to set your intentions for the year ahead
WHAT TO BRING
Printed mood board supplies (e.g. additional magazines and printed photos from Pinterest, there will be some spare magazines you can also use)
Snacks if you would like, however you will be provided with some treats to tide you over

T&Cs
No refunds or cancellations are available, however you are more than welcome to gift or sell your ticket if you are unable to make it. Please note this is as supplies will have already been purchased. If you cannot make it and do not have someone coming in your place we will happily send you the workbook, moodboarding supplies and gift.
If you are selling or gifting your ticket please contact us to inform us of the new attendee.
If minimum numbers are not met you may be contacted and provided with a refund.
If you are pregnant you will need to stay in the dining space during the sound bath, you will still experience the calming sounds.
